I have decided to make this Deciem week so I will continue with a review of Niod’s Fractionated Eye Contour Concentrate.
These days my shelf in the bathroom looks more like a laboratory with all these little brown and clear bottles everywhere. I am a sucker for fun packaging and I love the minimalist non cosmetic look to most of Deciem’s products.
I bought Niod’s Fractionated Eye Contour Concentrate (FECC) to give it a try in the hopes that I liked it more than my current eye serum Trish McEvoy’s Beauty Booster Eye Serum which I have been in love with for a long time. It is just really spendy. This is a little less spendy. What I do love about Trish McEvoy’s serum is it does last forever and the good news is FECC does as well. I know this because I knocked it over and spilled half of it out and I still wont probably empty this for a couple of months.
This is targeted to help with dynamic lines, static lines, fine superficial under-eye lines , loss of elasticity, dark circles, puffiness and textural unevenness. That is a long list of things it is supposed to help. What is a pleasant surprise is it does help with most of the above. I can’t say my wrinkles have severely reduced which is a bummer but i can’t expect miracles right? When i read about the dark circles I really didn’t expect anything to happen with my chronic super dark circles… but i have to say I have actually noticed a difference! They have seems to lighten up a bit. Woohoo!
I do find this helps with moisture and keeping any new wrinkles at bay as well. I like the way it leaves my eye area refreshed and smooth. It has a thin almost oil like texture that absorbs very quickly. I do follow this with an eye cream. I am in love. I will repurchase. I have tried a lot of Niod’s products and really haven’t had a lot of luck with any of them yet so that is what makes this extra exciting.
So if you feel your eyes need a little oomph back to them than this is definitely worth checking out.
